Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and by training the restaurant crew. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line and overseeing line equipment while clocked in, with tasks assigned when not busy.

Responsibilities include food quality issue resolution, food safety vigilance, and supporting customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high-quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Monitor time and temperature, glove changes, and shelf lives.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Manage crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies are available.
