Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role includes training the restaurant crew, keeping a clean, organized line, and stepping in to assist during busy periods.

You will contribute to food safety, monitor time and temperature, and support customer service excellence while developing future Service Leaders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety policies and health department requirements.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administrative tasks.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Restaurant experience including team coordination and shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor time, temperature, and on-line safety protocols.
• Maintain clean, organized line and functional equipment.
• Support crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork as needed.
