Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will train a restaurant crew, keep a clean, well-organized line, and supervise line equipment while on the floor.

When not busy, you will identify tasks to improve operations and assist teammates. The role emphasizes food safety, hand washing, glove changes, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Understanding of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department rules.
• Comfort with basic office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring high quality food is served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and support crew; monitor shifts and breaks.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support administrative duties like banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are stocked and working.
• Collaborate with management to ensure on-time shift changes and line schedules.
