Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and by training the restaurant crew. You will keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.

The responsibilities require standing on your feet, assisting with tasks when busy, and supporting food safety and crew development to drive great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety procedures.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop crew; assist with crew performance reviews and scheduling.
• Address customer incidents and work to ensure positive outcomes.
• Assist with miscellaneous office tasks and inventory management as needed.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support management on tasks.
