Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to read/write in the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, temperature monitoring, shelf life checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Resolve customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Maintain office equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.
