Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to sustain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served. The role also ensures the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent customer service.

The Service Leader will keep a clean, organized line, supervise shifts, monitor food safety practices, and assist with front-of-house operations as needed. Experience in a fast‑paced restaurant and solid cash handling knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Food safety knowledge and health department awareness.
• Familiarity with basic office paperwork and records.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and maintain food safety.
• Monitor line time, temperature, shelf life, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Support with office administration duties and banking policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked as needed.
