Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience, uphold food safety, and lead a well-trained crew. You will supervise line operations, monitor safety checks, and help resolve incidents while supporting front-of-house training and office administration.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, ongoing training, and opportunities to develop future Service Leaders within a values-driven, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support safety protocols.
• Monitor line cleanliness, equipment, and time/temperature controls.
• Address customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support office tasks such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are in good order.
