Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and properly functioning; train crew to provide good service.
• Monitor time and temperature, food safety policies, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support with crew development and reviews.
• Contribute to office tasks such as banking and paperwork as needed.
