Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and that the crew is well trained, customer-focused, and efficient. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean line and supporting operations across shifts.

The Service Leader will supervise crew, participate in performance reviews, cross-train front-of-house staff, and assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding and articulating Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• A high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking policies.
