Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role also ensures the restaurant crew is well trained, the line is clean, and line equipment functions properly.

The position requires hands-on leadership, crew development, and involvement in front-of-house operations, with a focus on food safety and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Understand Chipotle’s cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administration.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the work location language(s).
• Previous restaurant experience is required.
• Comprehend Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with working equipment; help on busy times or break.
• Support crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
