The role focuses on keeping the line clean and orderly, running efficiently, and stepping in to assist teammates when demand is high. Candidates should be ready to stand for long periods and actively support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Helping to resolve food quality issues
• Supporting food safety which includes hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf life checks, and daily safety checklist adherence
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
• Monitoring crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews
