Qualifications

• CS knowledge to ensure great guest experience.
• Understanding of cash handling policies.
• Knowledge of Food Safety regulations.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly.
• Strong reading/writing comprehension for policies.
• Experience in a restaurant or fast-casual setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and contribute to performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and supplies management.
