Job summary

Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly Server to deliver warm, personalized hospitality in our upscale setting. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell beverages, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless dining experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of serving experience, strong knowledge of wine, spirits and beer, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. We offer training, growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

• Knowledge of wine, spirits and beer.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, anticipate needs, and respond to requests.
• Provide friendly, professional service following standard steps.
• Know menus and beverage offerings, including wine service.
• Set up and break down station; side-work.
• Polish and clean water glassware on assigned station.
• Take orders and upsell beverages when possible.
• Be pleasant, greet guests by surname when available.
• Send orders using MICROS systems.
• Communicate meal requirements and dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Inform Restaurant Manager of any guest issues.
• Present accurate checks and handle payments.
• Assist seating and answer restaurant phones as needed.
• Cross-train in other F&B outlets when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the restaurant manager.
