Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver plates and food and clear tables.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to hear well in loud environments.
• Must be neatly dressed in uniform at all times.
• Must be able to operate POS and process payments accurately.
• Must be able to respond calmly to guests and notify a manager.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a genuine smile and builds rapport.
• Identifies guest preferences and customizes service accordingly.
• Takes food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Ensures timely service of food and beverages.
• Follows Fridays service style standards and upsells menu items.
• Rings orders into the POS system while engaging with Guests.
