Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a server to greet guests, take orders, and enter them into the POS while delivering food and beverages per established standards. You will actively upsell and coordinate service at tables and in hotel rooms, ensuring accuracy in payments and adherence to policies.

The role requires strong guest service skills, beverage knowledge, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods. A fast-paced setting with flexible hours and event support is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of beverage service and glassware.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Takes guest orders and enters them into the POS system.
• Actively up-sells products and uses endorsements.
• Coordinates all food and beverage service at the table.
• Handles payments accurately per procedures.
• Delivers food and beverages to guest rooms when necessary.
• Maintains outlet cleanliness and assists with setup and closing duties.
