Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a guest-focused server to provide outstanding service in our dining outlet. You will take orders, ring them into the POS, and coordinate table service with accuracy and hospitality.

Responsibilities include upselling, handling payments, and maintaining stations and room service as needed. You must understand beverage knowledge, food offerings, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes guest orders and accurately enters them into the POS system.
• Coordinates all food and beverage service at the table including pre-setting, serving and pre-bussing.
• Handles all payments accurately per established check tendering procedures.
• Prepares and breaks down wait stations in accordance with dining room standards.
• Delivers food and beverage to guest rooms when applicable.
