Le Meridien | Sheraton Charlotte Hotel is seeking an ambitious and friendly team member for our food and beverage service. You will greet guests, present menus, upsell, and use the POS system to manage orders and payments, ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Flexible full-time shifts (AM/PM) and a fast-paced environment require enthusiasm, stellar English communication, and a professional, detail-oriented approach to service and guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Proven working experience in food & beverage or related hospitality role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong command of English for guest and team communication.
• Professionalism, speed, and attention to detail in a busy service environment.
• Ability to work independently and maintain motivation.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating as needed.
• Present menus and answer questions; offer suggestions on food, service, and wines.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials; use proper etiquette.
• Record orders and relay them to kitchen and bar via POS system.
• Handle payments and assist guests through checkout.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables between courses.
• Assist in service and prep areas; follow health and safety regulations.
• Ensure accurate cash handling procedures and compliance with licensing laws.
• Address guest complaints or requests promptly and inform team accordingly.
