Job summary

Le Meridien | Sheraton Charlotte Hotel in Charlotte, NC is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Associate to join the hospitality team. You will greet guests, present menus, and provide wine and menu recommendations while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

The role primarily offers PM shifts and weekend coverage, with duties including taking orders, relaying to kitchen/bar via POS, handling payments, and maintaining clean service areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist host or hostess in seating guests as needed.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, appropriate wines, and food preparation.
• Take orders, relay to kitchen and service bar utilizing POS.
• Process payment and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain and clean service areas and assist team to ensure smooth service.
