Job summary

Soho House Austin is seeking a Server to deliver elevated service, educate members and guests on the menu, and uphold Soho House standards. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, collaboration with FOH and BOH teams, and accurate POS order entry throughout shifts.

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years in a similar role, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong customer service mindset and hospitality.
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and management.
• Elevate dining experience through knowledge of menu and specials to drive sales.
• Communicate allergies or dietary concerns to mitigate risk.
• Complete post-shift checkout reports and obtain management sign-off.
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies and standards.
• Ensure courses are plated and served correctly to members/guests.
• Support runners and bussers with expo and service bar tickets.
• Maintain server area and stock as needed.
• Know the menu to confidently make recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
