Hornblower Corp. is seeking an onboard Server who will deliver exceptional hospitality, greet guests, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting items, and maintaining service areas in a dynamic cruise environment.

You will assist with seating, provide menu information, and handle onboard payments with accuracy. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, prior high-volume restaurant experience, and comfort with POS systems.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and POS systems.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and serve meals and drinks promptly.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system (TOAST).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of service areas and stations.
• Provide information on menu items, cruise route, and points of interest.
• Assist with seating guests and coordinating dining room flow.
• Handle payments and process transactions for onboard purchases.
