Job summary

Hornblower Corp. seeks a professional Server to provide exceptional hospitality onboard our dining venues. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, manage payments, and maintain clean service areas while adhering to RESPECT standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year in a high-volume restaurant, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a vessel. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items up to 40 lb.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all service areas.
• Provide information on menu, service sequence, and entertainment options.
• Handle guest payments and process transactions.
• Assist with seating and guest relations as needed.
