Hornblower Group is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional hospitality aboard our vessels. The successful candidate will be friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable about the ship and skyline, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, handle payments, and maintain clean dining areas while following RESPECT standards and safety requirements. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all dining areas and service stations.
• Accurately collect payment from guests for on-board purchases.
• Provide information to guests including menu descriptions and cruise details.
