Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience.
• Ability to communicate the predominant language of our guests.
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money.
• Standing for long periods (up to 5 hours).
• Able to lift and maneuver trays weighing 20-25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service.
• Explain specials and menu changes and make recommendations.
• Take orders and input into the Micros system, ensuring accuracy.
• Deliver food and beverages and check back with guests.
• Prepare final bill and process payments.
• Assist fellow staff to ensure smooth operation.
