Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of service experience.
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a micros system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20–25 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and greet guests within 30 seconds.
• Introduce yourself.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guest will enjoy.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into the Micros system, ensure accuracy, and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required.
• Anticipate guests' needs (napkins, refills, etc.).
• Build Regulars.
• Maintain clean service areas and pre-bus tables.
• Monitor guests' dining experience and respond to requests promptly.
• Prepare final bill and process payment.
• Be ready to assist fellow servers and bussing staff as needed.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Be available to ensure smooth operation as directed by management.
