Job summary

You will greet guests promptly, explain specials, take orders, relay to the kitchen, deliver meals, monitor satisfaction, and assist teammates to keep service smooth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience.
• Ability to communicate in the predominant language of our guests.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests promptly to make them feel at home.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter into Micros system, and ensure accuracy.
• Deliver orders and check back to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean service areas and assist teammates as needed.
• Prepare final bill and process payments.
