Job summary

Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar in Tulsa, OK is seeking a server to provide friendly, responsive service for an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests quickly, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of service experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle money using the Micros system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience
• Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Possess basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a Micros system
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 5 hours)
• Able to lift and maneuver trays weighing 20–25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and greet within 30 seconds; make guests comfortable
• Take food and beverage orders; enter into Micros and ensure accuracy
• Deliver orders to tables promptly; provide attentive service
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain clean service areas
• Present checks and process payments or refunds as needed
• Support fellow servers and bussing/host staff to ensure smooth operation
