Qualifications

• One year of service or retail experience.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and computers.
• Able to adapt to different guest personalities and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products to guests and prebook visits.
• Own your individual sales goals and performance metrics.
• Learn guests' needs and skincare goals to recommend services and products.
• Greet guests warmly, book appointments, and address questions quickly.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and up-to-brand standards.
• Open and close the center as a key holder.
• Take part in ongoing training to grow product knowledge and sales skills.
