Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year service or retail experience.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the center.
• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products and prebook next visits.
• Learn guest needs and skincare goals to recommend services and products.
• Explain benefits of waxing and promote promotions and the retail line.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby per brand standards.
• Open and close the center as a key holder and participate in ongoing training.
