Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).

Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes and markdowns.
• Balance register according to policy and handle payments.
• Provide courteous customer service and greeting, fitting room assistance, and timely checkout.
• Explain exchange/refund policies and assist with returns as needed.
• Support store management with loss prevention and housekeeping duties.
• Merchandise the sales floor according to stock levels and assist customers.
