Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Provides proper customer service: greet customers, assist fitting rooms, ring up transactions, and invite repeat visits.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Maintains professional appearance with name tag.
• Assists management in merchandising on sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Supports Loss Prevention procedures and reports incidents of theft or dishonesty.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
