• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout
• Handles cash, checks and cards per policy
• Obtains management approval for returns/voids
• Maintains store housekeeping duties as assigned
• Provides customer service: greeting, fitting room compliance, ringing transactions promptly, inviting return visits
• Follows all safety procedures
• Maintains professional appearance with name tag
• Assists with stock-appropriate merchandising
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers
• Supports Loss Prevention procedures and reports incidents of theft
• Performs other duties as assigned
