European Wax Center, Inc. in Alexandria, VA is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to lead the front desk sales team, model strong performance, and coach the Sales & Guest Experience Associates.

This is a sales leadership role with potential for growth into Center Manager responsibilities. You will ensure guest-centric service, manage bookings and check-ins to company standards, and collaborate with the Center Manager on daily operations, payroll, and compliance.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory or leadership experience in a sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk sales team and coach guest experience associates.
• Meet sales goals for service packages and memberships.
• Foster a guest-centric environment in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example at the front desk: follow check-in and booking procedures, schedule accurately, and keep conversion and prebooking at company standards.
• Manage the center day to day when the Center Manager is not there.
• Meet regularly with the Center Manager to set direction and review performance. Provide recognition and feedback to the team.
• Assist with payroll, ordering, and compliance.
• Review the appointment schedule to catch and correct booking errors.
