Job summary

European Wax Centers in Pennsylvania seeks a Guest Experience & Sales Manager to lead a center with base salary plus commission and bonus potential. You will train and coach a team of Sales & Guest Experience Associates and licensed Wax Specialists, driving sales, guest retention, and center performance.

You will recruit talent, set clear expectations, and manage daily operations. Excellent communication and a fun, team-first approach are essential to thrive in a fast-paced beauty retail

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in specialty sales and service management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated results-oriented leadership.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and process focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center’s sales performance and inspire the team to meet and exceed revenue and operating goals.
• Model and coach our sales approach so every team member can confidently recommend and sell service packages.
• Drive guest retention through smart scheduling and productivity for guests and team members.
• Develop team members to reach their full potential through coaching, mentoring, and evaluation.
• Recruit and develop talent at all levels of the center, including partnerships with local beauty schools to recruit Wax Specialists.
• Communicate clearly and set direction for the team; monitor performance and provide recognition and feedback.
• Oversee center operations including payroll, ordering, and compliance.
