European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support daily center operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will lead a team, coach Associates and Estheticians, manage schedules, and help maintain a welcoming, high-performing environment.

You will recruit, train, and retain staff, oversee operations, and organize outreach and marketing events while upholding brand standards. Competitive hourly wage plus bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success with sales and customer service.
• Effective communication skills in guest relations, conflict resolution, coaching and group presentations.
• Outgoing, energetic, resourceful and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and infuse team with passion for guest experiences.

• Train & coach Associates.
• Support and enhance a positive, fun, performance-oriented workplace culture.
