European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support daily center operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, coach associates, recruit staff, promote a positive culture, and organize outreach events within a modern, welcoming center.

Qualificações

• Must have proven track record of success with sales and customer service.
• Effective communication skills in guest relations, conflict resolution, coaching and presentations.
• Enthusiasm for the brand and beauty industry.
• Outgoing, energetic, resourceful and detail oriented.
• Demonstrate the ability to evaluate issues, set priorities and pivot direction when necessary.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure every guest has a memorable and inviting experience.
• Train & coach Associates to improve performance.
• Support and maintain a positive, fun, performance‑oriented culture.
• Recruit, train and retain Sales Associates and Estheticians.
• Sell Wax Passes and drive sales across services and products.
• Oversee loss prevention, expenses, and center cleanliness.
• Foster innovation and implement systems aligned with a high performing franchise.
• Organize outreach and marketing events.
• Demonstrate success as a trainer and motivator to the team.
