Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail, and loyalty.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Manage scheduling and payroll within the budget, aligning with forecast.
• Address underperforming metrics by applying company programs and resources.
• Develop and coach direct reports, conducting regular performance reviews.
