Job summary

Alo in New York is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead guest experiences and drive sales performance. You will partner with the General Manager to implement store strategies and elevate service standards on the floor.

You will coach a Sales & Service team, manage schedules, monitor budgets and metrics, and ensure alignment with Alo’s guiding principles. The role requires agility and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic and personal accountability.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to elevate process or system gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences through coaching and product education.
• Build daily client relationships and ensure strong guest connections.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement the Sales & Service strategy across the store.
