Job summary

ALO in New York seeks a Sales & Service Lead to elevate guest experience on the floor, deliver product education, and coach team members to close sales.

You will partner with Operations, Visual, and store leadership to manage schedules, budgets, inventory, and staff development while upholding ALO’s culture and inclusivity.

This full-time role requires physical stamina and flexibility for opening/closing and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Willingness to give and receive feedback.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor with product education and coaching.
• Build and maintain client relationships daily.
• Analyze reports to strategize and drive growth and implement action plans.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Recruitment and development of Sales & Service staff.
