ALO in Bloomington, IN, seeks a Sales & Service Manager to lead guest experience and store performance. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive sales strategy, coach the Sales & Service team, and ensure exceptional service on the floor.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and the ability to unite the Operations and Community teams around ALO’s guiding principles. Expect a dynamic, movement-forward environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.

Responsabilités

• Investigate sales opportunities and close gaps with leadership.
• Lead Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Build client relationships and maintain strong guest connections daily.
• Develop floor coverage and lead selling initiatives store-wide.
• Collaborate with General Manager to execute Sales & Service strategy.
• Represent the business in meetings and manage budget, metrics, and planning.
• Mentor and coach team; recruit to grow internal talent.
• Align with and embody ALO’s guiding principles in daily operations.
