Job summary

ALO in Naperville, IL seeks a Sales & Service Manager to lead guest experience and drive sales in-store. You will partner with the General Manager to shape the Sales & Service strategy, oversee the team, and develop talent through coaching and feedback.

The role requires 3-5 years of retail leadership, strong communication, agility, and a proactive, hands-on approach to store operations and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities in partnership with the GM.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience with coaching.
• Build and maintain client relationships daily.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage with workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with GM to develop and implement Sales & Service strategy.
