• Uphold Artemis Wax standards and protocols; address guest inquiries, book reservations, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area; uphold brand standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
