Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and skincare goals.
• Educate guests on wax pass options and current promotions, including prebooking.
• Upholds Artemis Wax standards, handles reservations, and resolves concerns promptly.
• Maintain an organized front desk and lobby, upholding cleanliness and hygiene.
• Support colleagues and share product knowledge to foster a team environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
