Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals. You will educate guests on products, upsell services, and manage day-to-day operations with a polished, professional presence.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Benefits include commissions, healthcare-related offerings, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Exposure to luxury service preferred.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience in retail is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Explain pre-booking benefits and how to use the app to reschedule.
• Organize reservation book based on guest requests and availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing lobby and restrooms.
• Tailor scripts and responses to location to create a memorable guest experience.
• Confirm services and suggest add-ons to guests.
