Job summary

European Wax Center seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals. You will upsell retail and waxing services, educate guests on Wax Passes, and assist with check-ins, payments, and reservations. Maintain a clean lobby, follow dress code, and support events as needed.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or sales, a high school diploma or GED, and a friendly, communicative demeanor. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to initiate genuine conversation and educate guests on products and services.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Administer check-ins/outs, process payments, refunds and reservations.
• Educate guests on benefits of Wax Passes and app rescheduling features.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and restrooms; follow dress code and name tag policy.
