Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals and assisting management with daily admin tasks. The role requires initiating engaging conversations, educating guests on products and services, and tailoring experiences to each client.

Key duties include upselling retail products and waxing services, handling check-ins/outs and payments, and guiding guests on Wax Pass benefits and app usage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible to perform external or internal events and work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Arrive on time and wear required name tag.
• Create memorable guest experiences using EWC scripts and terminology.
• Confirm guest services and recommend add-ons.
• Handle check-ins/outs, process payments, refunds and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and app usage to reschedule.
• Organize reservation book based on guest needs and associate availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe lobby and restrooms.
• Commit to professional appearance as defined in policy.
