Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, a premier luxury hotel, is seeking a team-focused Food & Beverage server to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist guests, manage orders, uphold service standards, and support in-room dining when needed. Excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience required.
• Previous POS system experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Able to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Adhere to grooming guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Maintain proper telephone etiquette at all times.
• Record guest orders accurately and efficiently while honoring all special requests.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Serve as an In Room Dining Server as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
