Crewny is seeking a Reservationist to join its growing hospitality teams in New York. The role focuses on first impressions, guest relations, and seamless reservations over the phone, in person, and online.

You will collaborate with Guest Services, Event Sales, and venue management to maximize guest satisfaction from start to finish. The ideal candidate communicates graciously, is reliable, eager to learn, and capable of handling high-volume guest inquiries while maintaining accuracy and a keen

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience with restaurant event planning is a plus.
• Organizational skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant event booking and coordination a plus.
• Proficiency with computer-based technologies including Google Suite, Toast POS, and Sevenrooms.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with venue management daily.
• Interact with guests with positivity and composure in all circumstances.
