Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide personal recognition.
• Assist with arrival lists and welcome amenities preparation.
• Escort VIPs and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones promptly and direct inquiries as needed.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation and guest data handling.
• Follow check-in/out procedures and verify IDs and payment methods.
