Montage International in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Recreation Coordinator to assist the leadership team with booking, coordination, and admin support for bicycle and golf cart rentals. This role will contribute to the organization as a business partner responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.

The position requires strong organizational skills, prior reservations experience, and excellent communication to ensure items are reserved and payments are

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in an administrative or reservations role.
• 2-3 years of customer service in a hotel, events, reservations, or restaurant environment.
• Clear and concise communication; strong English skills.
• Working knowledge of rental/booking processes.
• Strong billing and math skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Answering incoming calls about future bookings and reserve accordingly in our rental system.
• Monitoring voicemails and returning any calls/inquiries/pending booking requests.
• Responding to and referencing email bookings daily and confirming bookings with all parties.
• Addressing billing/rental questions and relaying information for resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, front desk, planners, concierge, third parties to communicate bookings and ensure payments are processed.
• Billing, gathering, and processing payments in our system.
