Job summary

Montage International in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Recreation Coordinator to assist the leadership team with booking, coordination, and admin support for bicycle and golf cart rentals. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an administrative or reservations role.
• 2-3 years of customer service in a hotel, events, reservations, or restaurant environment.
• Clear and concise communication; strong English skills.
• Working knowledge of rental/booking processes.
• Strong billing and math skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls about future bookings and reserve accordingly in our rental system.
• Monitoring voicemails and returning any calls/inquiries/pending booking requests.
• Responding to and referencing email bookings daily and confirming bookings with all parties.
• Addressing billing/rental questions and relaying information for resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, front desk, planners, concierge, third parties to communicate bookings and ensure payments are processed.
• Billing, gathering, and processing payments in our system.
