Job summary

Luxury Simplified Retreats is seeking a hands-on Recreation Coordinator to oversee our fleet of golf carts, bikes, and recreational equipment at Palmetto Bluff properties in Bluffton, SC. You will manage day-to-day recreation assets, track inventory, and ensure seamless guest experiences by delivering equipment directly to guests.

Responsibilities

• Keep an inventory of ALL golf carts in our portfolio at all times.
• Ensure each golf cart has been outfitted with an air tag and track locations.
• Perform monthly inspection checks of each golf cart and document in Breezeway.
• Clean, fuel, and deliver golf carts as required by guest services.
• Inventory bikes and ensure assets are returned to the facility after guest use.
• Assess and repair company bikes after each use.
• Inspect and clean all company helmets.
• Inventory all recreation equipment after guest use (cornhole, movie screen, burleys, pickleball, tennis, etc.).
• Ensure delivery equipment (side-by-side, company truck) is clean and maintained.

Position Summary

Luxury Simplified is seeking a hands-on Recreation Coordinator to oversee our fleet of golf carts, bikes, and recreational equipment at our Palmetto Bluff properties. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in maintaining equipment to the highest standards while ensuring seamless guest experiences. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our recreation assets, from tracking and inspecting golf carts to maintaining bikes and delivering equipment directly to guests.

Responsibilities

As a luxury vacation rental company, guest and homeowner experience is everything. We will rely on our Recreation Coordinator to ensure both guests and homeowners have an exceptional experience. The Recreation Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Keep an inventory of ALL golf carts in our portfolio at all times.
• Ensure each golf cart has been outfitted with an air tag and attend to the location of all golf carts at all times.
• Perform monthly inspection checks of each golf cart and document the inspection thoroughly in the Breezeway application.
• Clean, fuel, and deliver golf carts as required by the guest services department.
• Inventory bikes and ensure assets are returned to the facility in a timely manner after guest use.
• Complete an assessment of company bikes and complete necessary repairs and/or improvements after each use.
• Assess and clean all company helmets
• Ensure all company recreation equipment is inventoried and accounted for after guest use. This includes, but is not limited to: cornhole boards, outdoor movie screen equipment, burleys, pickleball equipment, tennis equipment, etc.
• Ensure all delivery equipment (e.g. side-by-side and company truck) are clean and properly maintained at all times.
